How cancellations and refunds work for brand mention orders. We aim to be fair and transparent. Last updated 6 June 2026.
You can cancel future monthly renewals at any time before your next billing date — there is no long-term contract. Cancelling stops future charges; mentions already placed in completed cycles remain published.
If you cancel an order before we have begun placement work, you're entitled to a full refund of that order. Just email us and we'll process it.
Because each mention is real editorial work placed on a live page, placements that have already been delivered are non-refundable. For a partially completed order, any unstarted portion of that cycle can be refunded or credited at our discretion.
As stated in our Terms, we do not guarantee that any AI engine or search result will mention, cite, or rank your brand. Refunds are not available on the basis of a particular AI answer, ranking, or traffic outcome, as these are controlled by third parties.
Email [email protected] from the address on your order, with your order details. We'll confirm eligibility and process any approved refund to your original payment method, typically within a few business days.
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we'll almost always sort it quickly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and can result in suspension of service.
